< $100 Friends - Recognition in program
$100 - $499 Contributors - Recognition in program
$500 - $999 Supporters - Recognition in program
$1,000 - $2,499 Bronze Circle - Recognition in program; advance ticket purchase; two complimentary tickets to concert of choice (best available seats 1 week prior to event, not available for opening night)
$2,500 - $4,999 Silver Circle - Recognition in program, advance ticket purchase; mid-week concert sponsorship; two front-row tickets to sponsored concert
$5,000 - $9,999 Gold Circle - Recognition in program; advance ticket purchase; major weekend or Pops concert sponsorship; four front-row tickets to sponsored concert; PLUS special donor reception.
$10,000 - $19,999 Platinum Circle - Recognition in program; advance ticket purchase; Festival sponsorship; six front-row tickets to concert(s) of choice; special donor reception; PLUS full page program ad; guest at board-sponsored Festival events, including dinner with guest artist and maestro, or option to entertain guest artist after concert
$20,000 and over Diamond Circle - Recognition in program; advance ticket purchase; Festival sponsorship; six front-row tickets to concert(s) of choice; special donor reception; full page program ad; guest at board-sponsored Festival events, including dinner with guest artist and maestro, or option to entertain guest artist after concert; PLUS two front-row season tickets

Additional Information

  • Please note that, for tax purposes, the value of goods received (e.g., tickets) reduces the charitable deduction. (Consult your personal tax advisor.)
  • For purposes of establishing donor levels, the "value" of donated housing is $750/bedroom. If an unoccupied home is donated, $500 is added to the valuation. Housing donations shorter than 15 days will be prorated. BVMF's housing valuation does not establish deductibility for IRS purposes. (Consult your personal tax advisor.)
  • The 2008 BVMF program will be typeset in July 2008. Donations subsequent to the go-to-print date will be eligible for current donor benefits, but program recognition may occur in the following year.
