2008 Festival Ticket Prices

Whether you are visiting Bear Valley for one concert in August, or planning to stay the entire two weeks, the Bear Valley Music Festival has something for everyone and in every price range.

Seven different symphonic concerts are presented during the first two weeks in August along with five non-classical performances. You can purchase a Season Ticket which will include most of the concerts, subscribe to just the classical concerts or sign up for the first or second week packages. If subscribing doesn't work, then single concert tickets can be purchased for as little as $20 (depending on the concert) to fit every seating preference and budget.

Each concert features the finest musicians and some of today's hottest classical artists in the beautiful setting of Bear Valley. Our intimate performances are held in the tent amongst the tall pines and along the tall rock croppings.

Season tickets will be on sale by March 30 and early bird discounts will be available until May 1. General ticket sales will begin in May.

Sponsors and season ticket subscribers receive priority purchase opportunity and priority seating for all performances.

All tickets are nonrefundable.

Tickets cannot be exchanged for other performances. The BVMF mails all ticket orders by USPS. Any ticket sold online one week or closer to the concert date, will not be mailed and must be picked up at the box office at the BVMF Tent the night of the performance.

All programs, soloists, conductors, date, times and locations of concerts are subject to change without notice. There are absolutely no refunds of subscription or individual ticket purchases for any reason. Carter Nice is the conductor unless otherwise specified. All evening concerts are at 7:00 p.m. in the BVMF Tent (NOTE: EXCEPT SATURDAY, AUGUST 2, STARTS AT 6PM). Sunday performances are at 2:00 p.m.

Tickets for Festival concerts are sold through the Festival ticket office in Bear Valley, 3 Bear Valley Road, in the village shopping area. No one can be admitted to the concerts without a ticket. Childrenunder 5may attend for free (on lap), without a seat issued. 5-12 years of age can purchase tickets for $10 each (except Teddy Bear Picnic), as long as they are purchased with an adult seat. 13-18 year olds and full-time students to 22 years old with student ID can purchase a ticket for 1/2 off center orchestra, rear orchestra and bleachers (except Teddy Bear Picnic and Home Tour).

The BVMF charges a $5 processing fee for ticket orders that are mailed.
